The old kitchen was so typical of a house developer, installed around 2010 when Watercolour Estate was built, with very little thought given to layout, dark colours in a room lacking much natural light, the room is a transformation with the advantage of eye level ovens, and some midi units with a plinth heater below where the old radiator was.
