The original layout of this kitchen was poorly designed and was too small for the size of the house. A problem we often see in this type of property. We removed the Kitchen and Utility stud wall and the under stairs cupboard and made a special feature bespoke glass door to house a wine rack under the stairs.
The main client request was to have small Island with stool space. By opening up the kitchen we were able to this and also added under floor heating which is controlled via a wifi enabled digital stat. Note the large sink and pop up socket on Island.
